We have puppies due Never x Honor! Never is our import from the Netherlands and Honor is a Cowboy granddaughter that we leased from Debra & Mike Allen and Keri Campbell for this breeding.

Sadly, Clarice and Bill lost Cheri (has a gazillion agility titles) at the end of July at a little over 12 years old who was out our B litter. She passed peacefully in her bed with Clarice and Bill by her side.

Sadly, Ann Emigh had to say goodbye to Jamie aka HeartStrings Amadues (out of Tommy x Faith) He was 17 years old and 1 month. He's pictured above on the far left with his nephew, Robby,who's still doing well at 11 years old and his half sister, Briea who Ann lost in the fall of 2013 at 14 years old. What a great life they've all had hiking through the hills of Colorado!

At her very first show, "Finesse" de la Tyvell took 2nd place in the competitive open bitch class at the Canadian Nat'l under breeder/judge Pauline Stern-Hanf and "Cowboy" took 2nd place in the bred-by class.

Gabby strutted her self to BEST IN VETERAN SWEEPS at the ABTC Regional under breeder/judge Eileen Hudak. At the all breed show the same weekend, Cowboy was awarded BEST OF WINNERS for a 4 point major under Chris Walkowicz.

Cowboy took 2nd place in a very competitive bred-by class at the ABTC 2007 National under Karen Johnson. Bena, in the company of some beautiful bitches, made the first cut in the specials ring despite having no coat and Dina placed third in the Novice class.

At the Elsie Murray Canine shows held in B.C. Canada Cowboy came home with WINNERS DOG for 1 point. Dina came home with two RESERVE WINNERS BITCHES. Most exciting was seeing Oso handled by his owner, Sheila Retherford, take WINNERS DOG for a 2 pt major on Saturday and WINNERS DOG / BEST OF WINNERS/BEST OF BREED on Sunday for an another 2 pt major to finish his Canadian CHAMPIONSHIP undefeated with 4 majors!

At the 2005 Canadian National Specialty, under european breeder/judge, Jean Lawlwss of Revloch kennels, Paisano Bullseye aka "Cowboy" and his sister Paisano Bienaventurada aka "Bena" (handled by her co-owner, Liz Marr) placed 1st in their 12-18 mo class. Nuendo HeartStrings Hermoso PT aka "Oso", handled by his owner, Shelia Retherford, was awarded Winners Dog for 5 points . Tommy ventured out as a Veteran and took 1st in his class and was awarded an Award of Merit.

We've changed our kennel name from HeartStrings to Paisano (pronounced pi-za-no) which is Italian for buddy, pal or friend. We had the HeartStrings name for almost 14 years but decided it was time for a change when we had a difficult time registering our Canadian born puppies due to someone else that had registered the HeartStrings name a few years ago with CKC.

At the ABTC 2002 National held in Silverdale, WA. Tommy was awarded a Select by breeder/judge Sharon Redmer. Gabby, his daughter, was pulled in the VERY large open bitch class, Alli placed 3rd in the 9-12 month class and my good friend Melissa Houston expertly handled Faith (at 12 years old) in a very large veteran bitch class. She didn't make the cut but she enjoyed being out again.

Gabby (Serack's Arlequin Glamour Girl PT) took 2nd in Junior Females and was rated excellent. The following day, with an entry close to 60 Belgians, Tommy was rated excellent plus and went BEST OF WINNERS and BEST OF BREED under breeder/judge Alleyne Dickens from the veterans class. Gabby, also rated excellent plus, went RESERVE BEST FEMALE.

His daughter Gabby was rated excellent plus and went BEST FEMALE from the junior class
